Diverson of colleges

The colleges at least professional colleges when take admission to the students in the college ,they saw students as a ATM machine .Up to the time when a student study in the college they take large amount of fees and do not provide that level of education as their syllabus are old and not update according to capable to understand the concept of the subject and this syllabus also do not so capable to make students able to make his own industry.
They just create students to teach in those engineering colleges or an executive in non-creative compeny.But the business of colleges continue ,because what they teach A,B,C ,the student has to teach the same thing when he becomes teacher in those colleges.And these colleges make money from new parents .
In this way a huge amount of money goes from people to these group of people.And the product either get good education anyway ,or be in a recycle bin of the country.
In this way our money,time and power become waste and not useful to contribute to the developement of world.

In India there is view for engineering students and engineers is that they must have different culture .And this is the culture where abusing and every sign of bad habit is assumed as a smart job.And the engineer who do not follow these rules has to pay for that by facing every type of worse situation.
It seems to me that there is work of mafias in engineering colleges to make this type of surroundings.The only business of these engineering colleges is to make money any way.And for this they have to maintain low study standard ,by this they got time for planning for political leadership and making money by irrelevant means .

As I am from engineering background,I studied at private engineering college.Whatever I saw is that these private engineering colleges run as primary schools.There is very nominal research work in these colleges.They behave with the faculty as salesman and students as kids of rich class family.As only money is running all around,Their work for the study materials is minimum.The whole process is like that take huge amount of fees from students and give nominal salary to the faculties and treat them as freelanced salesperson.
The other main thing is that these colleges work as a racket to misbehave with the faculty,to them that they are fully dependent on the rich and powerful persons.For this they can do crimes.I was threatened to death by my chief proctor and joint director during study time.There was firing in my college at my study time by some powerful persons, about 30 to 40 policemen came with ADM between students and those persons and cover the situation by doing firing upto 2 :00 am.But there was no police report on this event and no person was arrested.
Their effect was so large that I have faced threatning all over india in industries and engineering colleges.These type of persons have contact with political parties.And these political parties work on their extra-ego like or more then maffia.
In this type of situaation ,they allow to study only those persons who join them to do crime and be shut up on these things even on his death.
Their are high profile buildings of engineering colleges ,in which very low profile of study is continued and the product the students passout from them have tendency to do crime.
