Concept of 'Devta' in Hinduism

It is a thing about which I can not found a single search in google engine.
In hinduism 'devi' is called for such a girl who is 'pure'.In nepal 'devi' decided by people.Such 'devi' can not do any 'work',she is only 'worshiped'.Why?So that people can remove their 'bad blessings' only by worshipping her.
Such concept was found in earlier undeveloped civilizations.But in hinduism it is still exists.And deeply rooted in modern indian society and indian political leaders also.
I think many of us we know about this crual tradition of turning a girl into 'devi'.
'Devi' is a 'girl' and can not oppose and thus it feel us 'just a tradition'.Ducat "pholen 'devi' was also decleared  
'devi' .
There is also exist 'devta',about which mostly villegers know,but same as concept of 'devi',it is also deeply rooted in indial society and indian political leaders.'Devta' is a 'boy' who only 'worshipped' and do not 'work'?I think the concept is somewhat different.In villages 'devta' is made by armed 'social' heads of people,they decleare any person 'devta',and kill him.After that ,that person is worshipped.They do such a thing with a person in which they see any paranormal activity or they are enemy of that person or to make happy their god to kill a innocent person they find.
Indian social and political leaders do this to prove their power.And public either afraid or in support of such crulity because of getting blessings of their god.
I think the 'person' who is decleared 'devta' has only option to kill all the 'supporters to kill him to find blessings of god or their powerful heads with their leaders' or to be 'killed' by them.
'Indian' police do not register crimes related to 'devta' or 'devi'.

Higgs discovery Vs attack of religious people

I do not know weather I should write it or not,but I feel this many times, and for security I have to write this!This is strange to me also but there are these two main events among many that happen with me!

When there is a new invention or experiment happen ,there is a attack on me by religious indians.
1.When there is a attack on moon in an experiment and dust was experimented,I was attacked by a motercycle on my knees in full speed and there was a small fracture in my legs.
2.Now when there is discovery of 'Higgs particle' ,a religious teacher attack on my eyes by a sun beam with lens,and there is a small wound in my eye.Also i have to leave my lecturer job from engineering college,which is based on trust,A religious engineering college!!

I do not know why they are doing so.But I guess that they are dangerously religious and they want to show that every new invention in science and technology is harmful to human.

I think every new invention is harmful to those religious persons.This will stop their religious shops and black money on the name of god.

An intelligence to catch criminals

It is my observation that criminals and political parties in india  know about the crimes that will happen in the world after some time,they speak about that crimes  and effects of those.First time I observed this thing in mathura,where some students of my college start to speak about those crimes that  happened after some time.And big political parties support those students.

To whom our educational systems are developed

Educational systems depend on knowledge and will of it's founders.A proper fair educational system to be found is tough.When people think about money there is no sourse of money except fees of students.So money directly depend on number of students.And students as they are students themself can not decide the quality of education.Also campus interviews depend on relationships between colleges and industries.Industries have much less research works and they appoint these students as labours where they have to practice on a particular range of jobs.
I do not know much more about other educational systems in world.But as much I know educational systems depends on will to learn the content, and applicability and demand of content .As much cutting age technology is in demanding by people more fair educational systems are developed only in that area.
In india where basic needs of food dominate all other necessites,there is much less efforts to go in that technology area.And educational system developers do not relate it to needs,and now it is a simple business making money by collecting students.And it is difficult to make a fair educational system.
Microsoft,cisco like certification systems did not get success to make a proper system.So if information technology management is not successful here,then which technology or approach should be adopted to make a proper system.

I think there is a thing like "fail" in education system that should not exist.After all when all are  in the process of making money with students then student becomes "fail" with respect to whom?There is no need to decleare "fail".It should be sololy depend on student how much he want to learn.

People or recrutiers from industry who emphhasis on a line between pass and fail,do not contain ablity to find out correct person for their business!They want as they buy products from market,they can buy students also.They have only money.And educational systems must not developed for these kind of people.

Union Budget-2010-11-Trying to define common man of india.

New union budget of 2010-11 has been presented.According to expections it defines common man of india is one who lives in tightly bounded life conditions. Drugs,redimade garments,farming machinary,water purifiers became cheap. Media shows that this is not for common man,they show that common man go to buy gold,cars ,A.C.,etc. I can not understand what happened to media?They can not even define common man of india!!

Do not vote to any millionare-A basic fundamental of Democracy

Democracy is a system in which a person selected,works for developments for itself and those who selected him.

If a poor is selected from poors then he will understand and work for poors and himself.

If poors selected a millionare,then question arises-

1.How thay can choose a person whom they do not know.

2.How they can choose a person with whom they can not meet and talk.

3.So how a millionare can be selected according to fundamentals of democracy.



If any way any millionare is selected-

1.How he understand the problems of the persons,to which he do not belong.As any system like democracy is made to make

strong economic base for all.

And a millionare can not understand the problems of poors.

2.Why a millionare will work for poors,as he do not belong to their class.



A millionare must be a side when choosing a candidate for election,as he is achieved the fruits of democracy.

A democracy is a system as other systems and work accordingly.A poor can achieve all fruits like education,earning etc.

from the system itself and there is no need of millionare to guide him.

This is an automatic system.

Kashmir-A parameter to know the will power in humans for co-existance

Kashmir ,it has one part in india and one part in pak ,Personaly I do not much know about this ,we get all information through media and media never go beyond it's own country constitutional theme.It is a queation what kashmiries think about their region,wheather it should be complete country or a divided state between two countries.As both india and pak have nuke bombs.It seems impossible about any solution.In which aspect anyone think to find a solution of this dispute.Can kashmir go beyond nuke bombs and find their definite identity of a well defined citizion.It make me some disturbed when I think that since 60 years both side of kasmiries treated as disputed part in the world.It does not feel good.For a simple certificate a common citizion has to face much and much problems,then what would happen with kashmiries when india and pak both want to prove them their citizion and say other part as slave part.This is very-very unhuman behaviour of both countries with kashmiries.One solution that is some mature that came in my mind that all kashmiries should be given right by U.N. to vote what they want ,india ,pak or a kasmir that is free from our unhuman polititions who can not care and give food to 80 percent of their population.If these countries can give at least 50 percent of human value to their citizions only then they should be able to say that kashmir is their part.
It should be the parameter for both countries how much they have a system,capacity,will power and most important "ablity" to prove them as a country with citizions who work for co-existance.
